Normal blood pressure during pregnancy?

My blood pressure has been in the pre-hypertension stage and this is my second pregnancy. My last pregnancy I had preeclampsia and had to deliver 10 weeks early. I am just wondering what is normal blood pressure for a pregnancy. I am 29 weeks pregnant.

normal blood pressure for pregnancy is the same as non-pregnancy. anything below 140/90. as long as your blood pressure stays in the pre-hypertension stage and you don’t have any protein in your urine, don’t worry about it.

Anything under 140 is considered "normal" but they have to take into account any "spikes" in your blood pressure. So if you are 120 but you spike @ 140 then they might consider that a problem to act on. Good luck on your pregnancy

I’m not sure what’s "normal" for a pregnant woman, but mine has been around 120/67 most of my pregnancy. My last appointment (I’m 35 weeks) it was 132/80 so it’s a little higher, but I’ve had a cold.
