a woman got pregnant whenthe oher baby is just three months old.she is doubting whether she will have any difficulties with the pregnancy.
It's not 'should' she but rather if she wanted to and it's too late now to be looking at hindsight.

I know many women who this happened to…they had perfectly healthy pregnancies and babies and they wouldn't have had it any other way.

Who is this women? Hmmm. Well she should defintly talk to her docter.

you are most fertile after birth. of course she can continue a safe and healthy pregnancy. as long as she is getting pre-natal care!
and more like her stress levels should be a concern with a 12 month old and a new born!!

I HAD A C SECTION 5 MONTHS AGO. I AM NOW 3 MONTHS PREGNANT. I AM GOOD TO HAVE MINE, DOC SAID SO

there are people that get pregnant right away. i don't think it's a good idea as your body cannot possibly be fully healed from the birth of the other child. however, there are people that have normal pregnancies and deliveries.

I actually think that the baby will be fine. They suggest that you wait to have the babies since it will be hard to raise two of them at that young of an age. Also I think that it lets your body go back to normal!

No problem at all unless they discovered during your pregnancy that one of your vaccines had expired and gave you a booster after you delivered. It sometimes takes about 3 months for the booster to "settle" but if that`s not the case, then no problem and the two kids will be referred to as "Irish Twins" which is what we call siblings who are born within a year of each other

I got pregnant 6 wks after I had my second child. I had no morning sickness with any of mine, nor did I have any other problems during pregnancy or delivery. Everyone is different. I would not encourage someone to get pregnant so soon! It's very difficult parenting, and feeling like you give each child the attention they deserve. This is not unheard of though.

yes, it should not be a problem.. my baby is 2 months and i am trying for another now.. i had a home birth with no epesiotomy or cesearian scar to worry about and am more healthy than ive ever been.. i want to have another so soon so my children are close together, i think this helps with their social development.. if you feel healthy and doc says ok why not…..

I think its a very personal choice. Some families want to have their kids close together and others want to take their time. If they are chosing to have them close together I would think going to the doctor and finding out the healthiest way to have back to back kids would be best. I became p/g with my second when my first was only 9 months. From my personal experience my heart was ready for another baby around 5 months but my body had not fully recovered, even at 9 months. But thats what we chose to do and it's a choice to be made between the people having the baby.

doctor's normally recommend you wait about 6 months or so before getting pregnant again…but i've know a lot of people that have had close pregnancies, and the babies were perfectly healthy.

i fell pregnant with my 3rd child when my 2nd child when she was just 3 months old. I had no difficults in pregnancy and had a fast easy labour.
just becasue they are close together doesn't mean you will have complications

Most women that wait at least the recommended 6 weeks after giving birth have healthy pregnancies. Sometimes, a woman has not allowed her body enough time to heal and this can cause complications in her pregnancy, it just really all depends on the woman's body.

As long as you didnt have a c section and you feel you can cope, there should be no problems.

I went to school with 2 brothers Martin and Graham Ring, known as the Ring Twins, however they weren't twins they were born exactly 9 months apart. They were perfectly healthy, so perhaps it would be very tiring for the mother, there is no medical reason a woman should not become pregnant immediately after birth. (I'm not suggesting that it's a good idea, however, just that there's not necessarily a medical problem if it happens).

Well, she SHOULDN'T, but she can. I mean, she's gonna wanna pull her hair out taking care of a newborn & a 1 year old. But that has nothing to do with how healthy her pregnancy will be. If I were her partner I would have been more considerate & used better protection *cough* abstinence *cough* but now that it's done she'll need alot more help w/ the baby. She could still have difficulties, but it won't have anything to do with getting pregnant 3 months after giving birth.

Every body is different Some people can cope others simply can not cope. My niece only has 11 months between her 2 youngest. I have 18 months between my 2 oldest and there great friends and it is lovely having them so close. So i cant see the problem here.
