does difficulty getting pregnant have a bigger chance of miscarriage?

My husband and i had difficulty conceiving… never really diagnosed with anything just told i had low progesterone levels.. we did 4 cycles of femara and finally 3 positive hpt at 5 weeks :) im 26 yrs old . since it was difficult to conceive will this effect the possibility of me carrying to full term.. really excited, anxious and worried

I'd Google the statistics for this to make sure but I think you have just as high chance as someone who had no difficulty getting pregnant in carrying to full-term and having a healthy baby. There's always a chance of miscarriage or a chemical pregnancy with any pregnancy but you shouldn't have higher chances of this because of Femara.
