Saturday I didn't really eat much because I was sick and then Sunday morning I woke up and felt severe stomach cramping that felt like hunger pains, but I didn't even feel the urge to eat. When I tried to eat I felt "grossed out". I ate 2 corndogs, but the pain continued for about 45 min after I ate. If they were hunger pains wouldn't they have stopped after I ate? What else could cause severe "hunger like" pains??

cramping is normal during pregnacy as long as it's not accompanied by bleeding. If there's bleeding or if the cramping continues, I'd go to the hospital. But take a rest, drink lots of fluids and try to eat some saltines, fruits or other healthy foods. Healthy foods tend to lessen the nausea for me.

maybe you should try something a lot more healthy can corndogs.
However on topic, sometimes yes you can feel "yucky" and crampy as your stomach expands.
If you have concerns call your local ER and talk to a nurse or go have someone drive you to the the nearest ER.
and NO bk conctractions feel nothing like hunger pains. With contractions the real thing or bk ones you can feel your stomach contracting getting hard and then relaxing.

does your back hurt? this happend to me and i got a urinary tract infection. if it goes untreated it can be dangerouse to baby so please get checked out.
