I am currently 35 weeks pregnant have a check up this thursday - but was wondering - considerable pain in lower pelvic area - a tonne of downward pressure - these both come and go but is accompanied with bleeding - not heavy but enough to make me concerned. The baby is still very high up - he hasn't dropped yet, and active - pregnancy normal other than above. Please help first pregnancy. Thanks ahead of time.
I will call my dr asap and let him know what is going on. Thank you.
Definitely call your doctor, that is what they are there for. Even if you still feel your baby moving and all seems well, you can never be too sure.

call your doctors office and ask if you should come in. Any bleeding in pregnancy should be addressed.

Time to call your doctor. Bleeding, at any time, could be serious. It's always best to get it checked out. If it's just blood mixed with some discharge, it's possible that you're starting to lose your mucus plug and prepare for birth, but I'd still get it checked out.

I would just head to the E.R.

I don't like the sounds of this, but being no expert on these things, you should call your doctor immediately. It may just be pressure and the weight of the baby, but it is better to have it checked out.

No bleeding during pregnancy is safe. Especially during 2nd and 3rd trimester!!! Don't mess with this one. Call your doctor. I was diagnosed with placenta previa (complete) and have had a few bleeding episodes already. You need to take care of yourself and your baby. Good Luck!
