In a pregnancy worries are always a part of it. There are though a few things you donât have to worry about when youâre pregnant:
1. Donât worry about morning sickness damaging your childâs health. Your body is programmed to deal with these problems and keep normal limits for the childâs necessities. But if you really feel extreme sickness, loose weight, become dehydrated or are an insulin-dependent diabetic you should really consider about seeing a doctor.
2. Donât worry about hurting the baby while having sex as long as you have a risk free pregnancy. Consider limiting you passion if you suffer from vaginal bleeding, placenta previa, ruptures of the membranes or have a history of preterm delivery.
3. Donât worry about taking a dose of acetaminophen when you experience killer headaches. Pregnancy doesnât have to be a nine-month long torture. If you worry however about the effects of some drugs you should consult a physician in order to refrain from after-worries.
4. Donât worry about having hurt your baby while tripping and falling unless you fell on your abdomen. Your body is programmed to offer protection for your baby. But if you experience vaginal bleeding or you loose amniotic fluid chances of child trauma are higher. If you are a victim of a car accident or a serious fall you really need to seek medical attention.
5. Donât worry about harming your baby while exercising if you have a risk free pregnancy; physical training can also keep you fit and contribute to an easy labor. Women with pregnancy complications or risk of preterm delivery should restrain their habits.
6. Donât worry about flying when you are pregnant as the cabin is pressurized. Make regular moves with your legs to prevent formation of blood clots. Also make sure you have a note from your doctor about being able to fly as many airplanes personnel fear of becoming mid-air delivery assistants.
7. Donât worry about using the computer during pregnancy. Recent studies have proven thereâs no direct connection between computer and development of baby. The only problem statistics talk about is the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome.
8. Donât worry about your babyâs irregular movements. It is common that babies move more at a particular moment and less at other. Stay still as long as you feel at least 10 movements in about six hours.
9. Donât worry youâll give birth on the way to the hospital. Your body is programmed to allow you to get there safe as long as you donât have a history of premature labor.
10. Donât worry about going overdue. Some babies like to be late and get more awaited. Your doctor will however monitories echgraphycally your pregnancy and will decide when it is needed to bring on labor, sometimes even sooner.

How do you know if you’re experiencing a hidden pregnancy?
My friend is worried she’s pregnant. If she was she’d be about 26-30 weeks into pregnancy. But I’m wondering, how would you NOT know you’re pregnant? I’ve researched it and there’s such a thing called "hidden pregnancy" where some women don’t know until about the 20th week of pregnancy and even some don’t know until labor, that they are pregnant.
Wouldn’t you feel a baby in your stomach at this point?
And how would you find out this late, what kind of symptoms would you be experiencing without knowing if you’re pregnant. She can take a pregnancy text, which she plans on doing when she gets money(yes, we’re poor, i’m actually in debt, she just doesn’t have a job, lol). And also, she has no medical insurance and can’t afford to go to the doctor to take a blood test.
But what she tells me she’s experiencing is headaches, nausea, cramping in her upper abdomen, also pains in her lower back, calves, and feet, cravings, weight gain, sudden problems with acne(and she typically has very clear skin, this is the one i’ve noticed the most), and she’s been getting very sick quite often lately.
Some of those I don’t know if they’d relate, but she wants me to include everything just in case and possibly if it could be something else.
And again, it baffles me to think some women never know. But, thanks to everyone who can help!
If she’s honestly that concerned she could easily go to the Dollar Tree and pick up a pregnancy test. Why would she wait this long to find out if she’s suspected it all along?
Otherwise, if she is, she needs to seek prenatal care to make sure her baby is healthy. She should begin taking prenatal vitamins and eat a healthy diet. Also, going on state medical assistance will ensure she gets proper prenatal and postnatal care as well as medical insurance once the baby (if there is one) is born.

well if she was about 26 weeks she would be showing. you can get pregnancy tests at the dollar store. they are pretty good ones. if she is preggers and has no money tell her to apply for medicaid. and then she can apply for the WIC program too.

I dont understand it either, but anything is possible. We did surgery on a lady one time that had a tumor which weighed over 100 lbs. The only reason she went to the doctor was because she couldnt sit as close to the table when she played bridge.
If your friend is pregnant, get her on medicaid. Prenantal care is a must. We had a lady once at our hospital who had a vaginal delivery. Unfortunately, she had genital herpes, and it wsas transfered to her baby. Last count her baby has had surgery on her vocal cords to remove the herpes lesions 50+ times.
If you will go to Planned Parenthood, they will give her a free pregnancy test. If you need help, please e-mail me
