What should Jessica do about boyfriend’s ex-wife who got pregnant on purpose to keep him?

Okay.. so please follow carefully. Boyfriend was married to Jill for 8 months and Jill divorced him. They were both very young and just out of highschool. Jill remarried and had 3 kids. Boyfriend remarried on the rebound and was married for 25 years to Janie who had 3 kids from previous marriage. Boyfriend now in his mid-40s and divorcing Janie due to affair he started having with first wife Jill after 18 years of being married to Janie. Janie does not want divorce and maintains that Boyfriend was the love of her life. However Boyfriend learned four years into the affair that Jill was having his baby and couldnt make it work with Janie. Boyfriend then waited for Jill but she refused to leave and divorce her husband. Jill wanted to continue affair, however, and wouldn’t leave her wealthy husband. Boyfriend separates from second wife Janie and attempts to cut off relationship with Jill after she prefers to continue affair but not leave her husband. Boyfriend starts over and dates other women after 6 months of being single but Boyfriend can’t quit seeing Jill. Boyfriend files for divorce and starts legal proceedings. Boyfriend tries to move on. Six months after separating from Janie he contacts Jessica who had given him her phone number at grocery store two years earlier. Boyfriend becomes friends with Jessica and after three months dating falls in love with her. Boyfriend tells Jessica that he’s never been so attracted to another woman before as he is to her and that he doesn’t want any other woman in his life. Jessica has difficulty trusting Boyfriend when he is around Jill twice a month for visitations with their daughter because Boyfriend admitted that Jill continues to put pressure on him to sleep with her. Boyfriend feels he must maintain relationship with Jill until he can get a divorce from Janie and then seek legal adoption of his baby with Jill. Boyfriend said that he resisted Jill’s advances. Jill manipulates Boyfriend by using their daughter as a pawn to maintain her connection to boyfriend to relieve her unhappy marriage. Boyfriend has never filed paternity and believes that if he doesn’t appease Jill he won’t ever see his daughter. Jessica maintains distance and tells Boyfriend that she can only be friends until a) he is divorced from Janie and b) he severs relationship with Jill.by establishing legal adoption or paternity with his daughter. Jessica wants to maintain relationship with Boyfriend as a friendship but she is madly in love with him. Jessica knows that she has much more going for her then either of Boyfriends ex-wives including looks, personality and an education and he admits that too. Jessica has been single for ten years after a divorce and has dealt with her baggage and considers herself and emotionally healthy and happy woman. Boyfriend has made Jessica the center of his attention as they have much in common and she’s having a hard time remaining friends with him. Numerous people have told Jessica that Boyfriend is truly a good guy.. very established at his work, responsible, president of an association, very conscientious person and loves his family and parents but that he’s never found the woman who he has everything in common with and chemistry. Jessica decides to start dating other men even though she is madly in love with Boyfriend. Boyfriend wants to know what he can do to assure Jessica that its over with Jill but admits that he has to talk with her and maintain relationship due to their daughter. Jessica can’t seem to trust him and can’t get over thoughts of him with Jill. Jill recently found out about Jessica and now Jessica worries that she’ll be making moves on Boyfriend again and possibly cut off visitations with their daughter. Jessica believes that Jill got pregnant on purpose to maintain connection with Boyfriend but not sure. Was Jessica right to give Boyfriend the ultimatum? Whats your best advise for Jessica. Did she do the right thing? Should she give him a chance? What can Boyfriend do to assure Jessica he can be trusted? How can Jessica ever trust him? Please read the story carefully so as not to miss the details.

I agree with Jessica’s ultimatum up until the point where she wants Boyfriend to cut all ties with Jill. Boyfriend loves his daughter and if he can’t legally adopt her, then how else is Boyfriend going to be able to see his baby?

There’s way too much drama going on and unless Boyfriend makes a clean break from Janie and Jill, Boyfriend and Jessica’s relationship will always be strained and it probably won’t work out in the end.

If I was Jessica, I would walk away from the whole situation. I don’t really see how Boyfriend can get Jessica to trust him in such a situation. Sure, if she really loves Boyfriend she won’t able to just stop loving him at the drop of hat. But if she really does have all this stuff going for her, she’ll find someone else who loves her just the same and doesn’t have all this drama going on.

Breakthrough bleeding in pregnancy?

I missed several BC pills which come to find out was around ovulation time. I had continued taking my BC after that. I started having pregnancy symptoms over the last week and a half so I stopped taking my pills a few days ago. Today I started bleeding but it’s more like breakthrough bleeding than my actual period. Do you still get breakthrough bleeding if you are pregnant or do you think it’s just the start of my period?

You can get breakthrough bleeding during implantation time, if you are pregnant. If you are having the normal pains you get will your period, then you are probably just having your period. When you miss a couple pills in a row, it can really mess up you system and make your period irregular. If you are concerned you can always take a pregnancy test or go to your doctor to get a blood test, but chance are it may just be your period messed up cause you missed those pills, but you never know. I hope you get the answer you are looking for with this situation. Hope this helps.

Has anyone had implantation bleeding with a past pregnancy and had a girl?!?

I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my second baby, no bleeding with my daughter. I read somewhere that little spotting early in the pregnancy (implantation bleeding) usually means you’re going to have a boy. This also was true with several girlfriends. Anybody have implantation bleeding early in the pregnancy and have a girl?!

Thanks!

With my first baby, I spotted a little when I was about 4 weeks along and never did after that. With my 2nd, when I was about 8 weeks along I was bleeding an abnormal amount and went to the ER. They said that I was more than likely having a miscarriage and there was nothing they could do. They were wrong, I had the baby at 38 weeks and she is fine. Both of my children are girls! There is no way of telling what sex you’ll have by bleeding. The only rumor I’ve heard to be true is heartburn means the baby will have hair, I can vouch for that one! Good luck!

Curious about bleeding during pregnancy?

My girlfriend and I have been in the middle of a pregnancy scare and about 5 days ago she started her "Period". For the first 2 days of the period it was very heavy like a normal period. Day 3 it was lighter then day 4 and 5 it was light until it was over. I read online that pregnant women can bleed during pregnancy.

Is there any way that she could still be pregnant after having a 5 day period or is it only 1-3 day light "implantation bleeding" that can occur? Should she still take a test?

She could still be pregnant. It is possible to have a period for up to 3-4 months into your pregnancy. Take the test to make sure though.

Bleeding in pregnancy: how long will it last??

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have had light bleeding almost everyday for the past four weeks. I’ve been to the ER, saw my doctor a couple of times and have had an ultrasound, which showed the baby and it’s heartbeat. Everything appears to be ok so far. I am tired of this bleeding because I constantly worry that something is wrong or something bad is going to happen. Has anyone else experienced bleeding in their pregnancy and how long did it last?

I bled for 4 days straight when I was about 6 weeks pregnant. I went to the Dr. and everything was fine. My cervix just had a little too many extra blood cells. The blood was bright red and I was worried. I am now 14 weeks and all is fine. As long as you aren’t cramping badly or it isn’t heavy like a period with clotting I wouldn’t worry. I know that’s tough because you will worry all 9 months probably. Congrats!!!
