Would you give your kidney? (My sister’s keeper)?

Got two questions:
1.) Would you give your sister your kidney if she needs it, taking into account the following:
- you are eleven
- since you were born you have been giving bone marrow, blood, etc.
- you can’t do soccer or cheer leading and will have difficulty getting pregnant

2.) Would you make your daughter give your other daughter her kidney if:
- without the kidney she would definitely die
- WITH the kidney she will have a good chance at living but it’s not 100 percent certain. But it’s 100 percent certain that without the kidney she will die.
- Your daughter is the only match

Please only answer if you have read the book ‘My Sister’s Keeper’!

1) Absolutely no question about it - I would have given my kidney to any of my three sisters.

2) I would never force my daughter to give her kidney if she didn’t want to. That would be completely her choice.
