did you have cramps during your pregnancy?
i know cramps are normal during pregnancy and have had them throughout. but did your cramps (the ones that feel like menstrual cramps) ever change? like normally they're in the lower abdomen area-but idk it seems to me that later in pregnancy when your uterus is like quadruple it's normal size that you would feel cramps like all around you know what i'm saying? did your cramps stay pretty localized in the lower abdomen like normal?
I thought the same thing, that it wouldn't make sense for my "period-like" cramps to still be in my lower abdomen where my uterus used to be, but it still feels the same! I am due in 3 days, so my uterus is all the way up in my lungs, but I still feel the period like cramping down in my lower abdomen! I can't explain it. I don't know if it's that it is actually only cramping down there, or if I am just so used to uterine cramping being down there that my body doesn't notice how big my uterus is, if that makes sense…
So yes, they still feel exactly the same for me! Weird!

I need help getting pregnant!?
My husband and i have been trying to concieve for about 7 months i have very irregular periods and i have been taking the pill occasionally to get my period back. The last time i stopped taking it was april 10th and i had just had my period on the 3rd but going back off the pill caused me to have a 2 day period on the 16th i am sopposed to be ovulating tomorrow. I am starting to get really discouraged! Two years ago my gyno told me that i had low hormone levels and that i might need to take fertility drugs so i stopped taking the pill because i thought it would take a long time to get pregnant, but i became pregnant almost immediatly. But this time around i am having more difficulty and i would just love for any advice that i can get!!!!
hello. You can buy pills OTC to help you with that. I cannot gurantee they will do the job but I can help. You can get them at GNC. and or the drug store…
VITEX(chastberry) take everyday 1000MG.( this I found only at GNC) it helps the LP and supposed to help promote ovulation and periods in woomen who have irregular cycles.
Evening Primrose Oil-or pill form- EPO-take 1000MG a day from the first day of your period till ovulation.(DONT take after ovulation because it causes contractions and can prevent implantation) This is a estrogen promoter and also helps you get more CM during ovulation.
Flaxseed oil-2000MG from Ovulation-till you begn your period
good luck. THey say this might take a few months to fully work but some of the other woman noticed results the 1st month. This one woman had a period every 50 or so days and the 1st month she did it, she had a 30 day cycle then everymonth there after she had a normal 28 day cycle.
